I wanted to share these photos with you – the project is starting to really shape up.  The spaces look great and I am appreciating all the more the great design that David Vandervort and Mark Weirenga put together for us.

GordonDerr, one of the premier land use and real estate law firms in the Northwest, does a very cool thing every year. They send out a Thanksgiving card every year to clients, friends, and family, and as part of it, highlight an area non-profit. Card recipients are encouraged to donate to the fund, and then GordonDerr matches their donation.

I was thrilled this year that GordonDerr chose the zHome education effort to be the focus of their card. Donations will be used to support the variety of education efforts the project pursues. For example, to date, we have held 43 classes and events, reaching over 3,000 individuals, all focused on the hopeful message of zHome. We have much more in store coming up, and we can’t wait to share it with you all.

Thank you so much to GordonDerr for their support. They are a class act and we appreciate the huge support this gives us.

Come on out on December 2, from 3:30-4:30, and join us for the latest in zHome construction.  We are most of the way through panel installation, and the site is really taking form.

For those of you coming from downtown Seattle, the site is only 200 feet from the Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride, which is served by Metro Route 218 and Sound Transit Route 554 (the 554 only has a return bus to Seattle).

We’ve been having a great turnout of 20-30 folks to the classes, so please come and join in the fun!

The wall panels are coming together amazingly fast – the project is already almost half framed.  Excitement is really building as we go vertical.

This is fun – zHome got a spread in the Ichijo company magazine.  Neat to see it written up in Japanese!  Issaquah’s on the map!
